All payments made for listing a property or purchasing ad enhancements (such as Featured Ads or Extended Duration) are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in the case of duplicate payments or technical errors caused by our platform. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction date.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
